SB 60 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(FIN) was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for school construction projects and making an appropriation of $1,066,280 from the general fund to the Department of Education for payment as grants for additional district support for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 60(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date YEAS: 12 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Lincoln, Little, Salo, Zharoff Duncan changed from "Yea" to "Nay". and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(FIN) passed the Senate on reconsideration. 1993-04-24 Senate Journal Page 1745 SB 60 Senator Taylor moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 60(FIN) Effective Date YEAS: 18 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Lincoln and so, the effective date clause was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 60(FIN) was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
